"Super friendly workers, offered us to taste some new flavors. Store is incredibly clean as well. Their prepacked quarts are a pretty good deal - 2 for 12 - cheaper than buying pints at a grocery store."

"Love there Cappuccino Blast! Perfect for these hot days. Due to the Virus there is no inside seating but the staff are friendly and as quick as they can be. Seems like the hotter it gets the more packed it gets. Im just pleased that they didn't mess up my big order and that once again BR saved the day."

I believe her name is Alexa, its the best iced latte I've had in a long time it was incredible. She's very respectful and works fast. My only complaint is the other customers that attend this place. They are birthed from hell and complain about the most minuscule things. You are ordering a $6 coffee from a Dunkin, stop acting everything should be perfectly made for you. You're not special and your mother should've tried harder to raise you better. Overall great experience."

"Good ice cream with nice helpful staff. Location can use a good cleaning and makeover with quieter chairs. Eta 11/12/22: makeover didn't help much, milkshake was complete liquid except the bottom rim that was the right consistency.. long wait times."

"Have been here many times with good experiences. Last week I was overcharged by approx. $10 - no big deal as everyone makes mistakes. I didn't notice it until I looked at my bank statement. I called Baskin Robbins and spoke with Ariel. She was professional, friendly, apologized for the situation, and resolved the matter. She took a negative situation and turned it into a positive experience. Thanks!"

"I went into the store today to pick up my child’s birthday cake, which was on time and very well made, while I was there I also asked for 3 scoops of ice cream…to which the employee said that they’re very busy and it may be 10-15 minutes wait. I was okay with that because they did the right thing and INFORMED me on how busy they were. HOWEVER there was a group of three individuals that were sat down and waiting on an order too. After 10 minutes one of these ladies got up, got upset about the wait, which was only 10 minutes, and started to get belligerent with the employees there. I did my self get upset and told her how rude she was and how they told her her wait time and there was no excuse to be disrespectful and insulting like she was doing to the employees. Even after my outburst and those from the customer, they keep their temperament in check, they remained kind, and they were very accommodating to these people. I’m leaving this review cause I was so highly impressed with these employees and how they keep their composure when I could not!"
